If you let someone get comfortable doing you wrong or dissing you then you become complicit, and this will not stop. Never let a person get comfortable doing you wrong, Stop it before it happens so that it does not become a patter that has a negative effect on your life and your health. When someone does not respect you and they are willing to do you wrong they are not someone who you want in your life, they will drag you down and they can not be trusted. If you do not stop this behavior before it starts then you are setting the stage for the person to continue because you are not standing up for yourself. This is usually seen as a silent agreement and this pattern will continue as long as you allow it.

You deserve to be treated with respect, and anyone who is willing to do you wrong is not a positive influence. When you allow small transgressions then this will become larger over time as the person becomes more comfortable with the abuse and degradation. You must stop this type of behavior immediately, or better yet make it very clear from the start that this activity will not be tolerated at all. If someone shows you the slightest bit of disrespect or they wrong you in the smallest way then you need to stop it right away, before they get comfortable and the behavior becomes a pattern that is repeated over and over again.
