Every child is born with two parents but what’s sad is often times, only one of them makes all the sacrifices meaning during the stage of parental development, either the father or mother gets to show more unconditional love and plays a major role in a child’s life which is not right.

Parental development requires the presence of both father and mother. Many of you will agree that growing up; you spent more time with one of your parents. However, when it comes to a child's life, both father and mother are much needed. To raise a child is not the sacrifice of only one parent except in some exceptional cases like divorce or death. When both parents are functional and uphold their responsibility in a child's life, they can effectively play a major role in their mental, financial, physical, emotional, career, and social development.

We understand that, as parents, life can be filled with various ups and downs, which might require time to keep up with the family standard of living. However, you should understand that parents make a greater impact on a child’s life during their childhood. The presence of two parents can shape a child’s goal, skills, learning experience, knowledge, and belief at this stage effectively. When only one parent is left to perform these responsibilities, a lot of sacrifices will be required and might affect the child in the long run, which is totally not advisable.  Therefore, we urge both parents to work together as one to provide the best in a child's life.
