What you allow is what will continue, meaning people's behavior cannot be changed, but the way we respond and accept their actions can change.
As an individual, you have more power to distinguish between the good and bad things, whether behavior, choice, or people. Most of us do not utilize the power of allowing because we fail to see ourselves as masters of our life. However, you can effectively utilize this power simply by letting others make their own decisions and choices. You may wonder, is this not against the nature of humans? Yes, it is. But do you prefer having a peaceful mind or a troubled one? When you interfere in another person's choice and decision, you automatically expose yourself to ill-treatment and disrespect. When you do not allow your decision to decide for others on what type of life to live, they become fully responsible for their lives, behavior, or actions, whether they fail or succeed.
Never forget that your action determines what you get later in life. When you do not like something, try to stay out of it as much as possible. We are not saying you cannot help or advise others on achieving their goals, but if you know a particular action may disturb your peace, avoid it!!!! The reason is that the consequences of allowing something that might affect your value can be costly.
