Feeling truly alive is a rare thing in this world, so make an effort to stay close to anything that makes you glad you are alive. A lot of people struggle with depression, and many have a hard time finding the right purpose. As you go through life it can be easy to forget what is really important, and you may fall into a predictable routine that can become a rut if you are not careful. Over time you become numb inside, and this can cause you to feel tired or worn out even when you are physically rested. If something makes you feel alive and gives you excitement and a sense of motivation then this is something you want to keep in your life, so that it can continue to have a positive influence on you.
It is important to try new things and get outside of your comfort zone, because this challenges you and forces you to confront any fears and opinions that you have. Live your life the way that god meant it to be, always questioning, challenging, trying, and truly living instead of existing. You can spend 80, 90, or even 100 years or more on this earth and never really live, just going through the motions and waiting until it is your time to move on from this life. It is better to spend the years that you have, no matter how few they are, actually living your life and surrounded by the things that help you remember to be grateful for being alive.
