  Fear does not disappear with affirmations going through your mind.. it is always present. recognize the fear and pass by it.. it is difficult and most of the time it tries to hold us back. go by it, it is another step in life that we can use as a goal reached and handled.

  I was always taught to fight back... Others were taught to fight back too but if they let someone beat them and not fight back their parents would beat them for not defending their selves. Real life is how u make it though.
