For broken trust there may not be a quick fix or an easy answer. Once trust has been broken it can take quite some time for this bond to be reestablished. Broken trust is hard for many people to accept, especially when the one who is trusted is close to you. A spouse or partner who cheats outside of the relationship has broken trust, and they have also damaged the relationship. Sometimes trust can never be regained after it has been damaged.
When you feel lost, when you are not sure if you are focused on the right things in your life, when you are not sure if you are with the right mate, when you are not sure if all what you are doing is worth your time and effort, stop and reconnect with who you are as a person. Take the time to write down your goals, your dreams, your aspirations. Take the time to write down all pros and cons of what you are doing right now. Take the time to listen to what your heart is telling you to do. And take the time to talk to God and see what He has in store for you. The more you realize what your heart desires, the more you feel closer to God and the more connected you are with God the more you feel happier. The more you get a sense of direction and you become clear about what you need to do next to achieve your dreams.
