You can’t do a good job if your job is all you do

You can’t do a good job if your job is all you do, meaning you can only be productive when you maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle between work and life outside work.

Everyone will agree that making ends meet is a major priority of life. However, working is a good thing only when balanced with life outside work such as family responsibilities. Lots of people failed to realize the importance of having a healthy and balanced state of mind while working. For instance, computers are programmed to carry out garbage in and garbage out activities while constant maintenance are carried out. But we humans aren’t programmed, we only need adequate body maintenance and relaxation to deliver a better output.

However, that’s why most organizations today creates workers support system such as leaves, benefits as a means of giving the employee the space to rejuvenate their life so as to be productive. No doubt, work is very essential but without good health or state of mind, one can’t achieve a good job. So, to ensure you live a better life with work engage in healthy activities such as spending time with family, eating nourishing food, exploring other places,  taking adequate rest from time to time, and more. When you are stressed, take a break and relax, then get back.
