When you focus on the good the good gets better, meaning that you need to make what is good in your life a priority, and the focus of your time and energy. This will allow this part of your life to grow in many ways. Too often people only focus on the negative, worrying and stressing over the bad things that they have experienced. This perpetuates negative thoughts and only makes the bad part bigger while the good seems smaller than ever. It is all a matter of perspective.
