Tony Robbins is one of the greatest modern day inspirational speakers, and for good reason. This is an example of his wisdom and speaks of both procrastination and defeatism. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, with new problems to deal with, or simply changes you want to make. You may feel like it is just you, but every change we make, whether it’s a choice to pursue a new career or relationship, or something simple like wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, leads to doubts.

Can you really accomplish that? Will you fail? Are you good enough for that job? All these questions are something every one of us experiences at some point. To accomplish anything, we must overcome such fears and start that journey anyway.

If you want a new job, to get a degree or anything else, the only certain way of not achieving it is by nottrying. Tony Robbins is highlighting that here, essentially saying that you have to try, whatever it is, to achieve it. If you have a dream, even if others tell you that it cannot be done, you should still try. Anything is possible, you can reach any goal with effort and a bit of luck. But if you never try, then that goal is always going to remain impossible.
