In the modern world many people tend to obsess over the negative things instead of looking at the positive side of the equation. Stop over thinking, stop worrying, stop complaining. Life is too short for all of that. Take the time to enjoy the beautiful sunrise when you are woken early by the garbage truck instead of complaining that your day started before you wanted it to. Quit worrying about things that you can not control, because they either will happen or they won't and all the worrying in the world will not change things any. When you complain you not only keep yourself in a negative mood but you also darken the day of others as well. Life is very short, and there is not enough time given to each of us to spend it negatively when we should be looking at the wonder and beauty that is constantly around us.

Life is what you make of it, and if you spend your time over thinking things, worrying constantly, or complaining frequently then you are leading a miserable existence and life is one big headache after another. When you try to keep a positive outlook and you remember how short life actually is then you will spend your time enjoying every second and making every action that you take one which makes the world a better place to live in.
