Before you judge me, make sure you're perfect. The bible tells us that only god can judge, yet many people are very quick to sit in judgment of others without examining their own sins and faults. Before you get ready to judge others take a long look at yourself. If you are not perfect then the time and energy that you direct at others could be better used to work on your own flaws and imperfections. Since no human being is perfect, we are flawed by design, no one should be judging anyone else. Before you are quick to criticize and think badly of someone for a supposed imperfection stop and consider that you may know nothing of their life or what they have been through. Until you walk in their shoes for a while you do not know what they go through each day.
Instead of spending time judging others and being quick to make negative associations try finding a way to help the person or make their life easier in some way. When you see a parent who is really stressed out in a store and raises their voice to a child instead of thinking about what a bad parent the individual is why not be compassionate and consider the amount of stress that the parent may be under. Intervene and try to defuse the situation with compassion. Judging others is a waste of time, and life is hard enough without having others constantly judge you. Until you yourself are perfect you do not have the right to cast judgment on others.
